Terms of service

All services require advance booking. The price is confirmed before the journey and includes the stated waiting time (60 minutes at airports from landing and 15 minutes at other pick-ups), tolls and standard luggage. No night or public-holiday surcharges apply. A deposit of 20% of the total fare is paid to confirm the booking; the rest is paid at the end of the service by card, cash or, for companies, bank transfer. Cancellation is free up to 3 days before the service, with a full refund of the deposit; with less notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

Data protection

Controller: the owner named above. Purpose: to handle booking requests and provide the contracted service. Legal basis: performance of the contract and your consent. Data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and the legal retention periods for tax purposes. It is not shared with third parties unless required by law. To provide the service we use processors acting on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting) and Web3Forms (delivery of form requests). You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@cantabriadrive.es, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
