What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight using the number you give us and adjust the pick-up at no cost. Waiting time starts from the actual landing.
What is the difference between a VTC and a taxi?
A VTC always works with advance booking and a price agreed before the journey. You know what you will pay and the vehicle is reserved for you alone.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 24 hours. For same-day journeys, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm availability.
How do I pay?
A 20% deposit of the total fare is paid when the booking is confirmed. The rest is paid at the end of the service, by card or cash. Companies can pay by bank transfer with monthly invoicing.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 3 days before the service and we refund your deposit. With less notice, the 20% deposit is non-refundable.
